Until last week it was easy to access our email account.  Since then we have had to sign-in every single time.  When we sign in we also click keep us signed in - but it doesn't.  I chatted with Comcast and thought the problem was solved - it was not.  I have signed iin, I then go to our account and sign out, thinking this would help.    I think the problem developed when we were notified of the new agreement in April; we have read that agreement and have no problem with it.   Up to this point we have been very pleased with Comcast, especially the music and the choice of viewing various programs on Xfinity.

Re: email sign in

The sign-in memory is a function of cookies in whatever browser you are using.  You need to look at the settings for it to see if you have it set to block or delete cookies after a session and so on.  If you clear history after a session that will also delete cookies.
