email problem

email problem

My daughter tried forwarding a Spirit Airlines email to both my account and my wife's account.  Neither came through.  But it did go through to my gmail account.  A test message from her to both my wife's and my account came through.  I assume there is some sort of blocking going on but I have no idea what it is or where to change it

Call Comcast security to see if there is some blocking issue with that sender's domain----------------
