email page appearance

How does one adjust the appearance of your email page?   I can no longer see my list of folders.   There is a "promotions" ad which blocking it and i am unable to remove this promotions section or access any of my email folders.   (other than in "In" folder)

thanks!

This is happening to me also!  I'm going to post it also and maybe it will get noticed.

Re: email page appearance

Are you using only the Comcast webmail interface on a desktop or laptop computer?  Or are you using a mobile device?  Are you using the old email format or the new one?

I am using the comcast email interface on a laptop.    I have no idea if I am using the new or old email feature!  lol

Try clearing your browser's cache and browsing history, then re-start it in a fresh session.  It sounds like you are on the old format.
