email not working due to tech support mis information

I have been on the phone with tech no support for 7 days now over email issues. My business depends on me receiving emails from my vendors and clients. There have been at least 3 tickets written and I have been told numerous times I will hear back from a level 3 on the Customer Security Assurance team concerning this issue, but never a call.  ticket numbers xcr659138529, na23462171, na 230833153 csa tech numbers, 279, 274, 968
