Why do my replies sit "on top" of my inbound email?  I can't see the original senders.  Please help.

It sounds like you are having issues with Conversation View. You can easily turn on or off Conversation View by following the instructions on the FAQ located here - https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html#turnOffConversationView
