Email changed to this new monster that DOEST WORK! tried support LOL thats what they call doing nothing, I asked for my old style email which worked just fine back and they acted like they didnt understand what i was saying

 

so here I am. WHY COMCAST cant I get my old email app back ????? the incompetence is astounding !

 

and why have you changed it when YOU KNOW !!! it doesnt work ?

 

error sever 500 all kinds of RIDICULOUS stuff pops up i cant even connect with my laptop anymore !

 

whoever is in charge of this should be FIRED !

To answer your question---------once you have been migrated to the new format, you cannot revert to the old one.

well when do you suppose this RIDICULOUS THING you call email that used to work ! going to be fixed so I can get my email in a timley manner ?? because it still is a joke !
