email formatting

I copy something from Word. When I paste it into the body of the email it loses all the indentations. This never happened before. Also, some of the text changes to another font type.

Re: email formatting

Comcast is a webmail program, and as such there is no guarantee that it will show all your HTML formatting from a word processor like Word.  The font you are using in Word may not be supported in the webmail.

It has been working fine for years. Plus, I'm just using Times New Roman, one of the most commonly used fonts. It's one of the choices.
