email filters

I set up a filter in my email to stop receiving spam mail.....now I'm not getting ANY email.  Can't remember the name of the filter, sadly and I don't know how to undo it.  Without email, I don't even know how someone could answer me  :-(   I'll check back in here for a message.  thank you

Re: email filters

If you set up the email filter to block the Domain( .net, .com). ALL email from that domain will be blocked. Delete the filter you made.  If you want to block a specific SENDER, type in that email address.

Do you have your aspen fikter enabled?  You find that under the Preferences tab in tgevAinbox.

Click on Preferences> Email settings, then scroll down to the aspen filtervand make sure it is on.

Also, always report spam by clicking on the Spam icon above the email to report it as spam.  That is how the spam filters 'learn' what is spam.  It will take a while for the filters to learn it is spam..One time report will not be enough to have it added to the filter.

Re: email filters

I'm not seeing any filters in Zimbra/Webmail for your account.  Which webmail are you using and is that where you configured the filter?

(or was it on a different account than the one you posted with?)
