email filter creation/editing

email filter creation/editing

For awhile now I've been unable to create new or edit existing email filters.  Whenever I try, I get the response dialog box, "Unable to save filter".  This occurs with FF, Chrome & IE.  The chat support person said this is a known problem with FF & Chrome browsers but not IE and that it's a browser problem.  Clearly it's a Comcast problem and with all browsers by my experience.  Any ideas on this?

Re: email filter creation/editing

If you are still on the old email format, it is indeed a known issue and has been for quite a while.  You can't fix it yourself, so I'm escalating this to the forum administrator to see if you can get it sorted out.

Re: email filter creation/editing

Hi kercc -- Apologies for the filter issue you have. I've sent this to a higher level support team to look at. They'll review your account and get in contact with you for further troubleshooting.
