I am getting the following error:

Error
This message could not be moved to trash folder, possibly because your mailbox is nearly full.
In that case, please try to empty your deleted items first, or delete smaller messages first.

I deleted all my trash items. My use of space is very low - 50 MB max.

Does anyone know how to correct this without calling Support?

 In some cases, you can click on the trash folder. Then you'll see a empty the trash icon pop up. If you click on that icon you see a box it says do you want to empty the trash with options to cancel our empty the trash. If you click on OK, it will empty the trash folder.

I keep getting same error message to empty trash its full. Yet it's empty. why can't i send my emails to trash folder. why does it keep saying it's full when it's not.

I do not like the changes comcast made to our emails. Never had all these issues. Tech was here for 2 hours saying it is a mess. Many complaining. Everything they changed isn't working correctly. Give me back the old email we had or i'm leaving. Matter of fact i have an appt with verizon.
