email error connection queue full

email error connection queue full

I am on an imac using outlook to collect my mail accounts. I don't use my comcast mail much because it always has some internal server errors. Now I'm getting an error that says:


connection queue full
error code -17900

 

does anyone know what that means and how I can resolve it? thank you!
