email drops the most current one and groups them instead. tried preferences/views doesn't correct it

email drops the most current one and groups them instead. tried preferences/views doesn't correct it

My email drops the most current email and groups them together after I have read a few then deleted a few.

I have tried to adjust this via "view" and preferences but neither is a permanent fix.

Any ideas why this is happening-as it is a new issue and how to correct it?

Are you viewing your email in the browser using Comcast email app, or are you using Outlook to receive your Comcast emails?
