I am having trouble with email - all my messages from a certain company are being automatically put into spam despite the fact that I have the senders' email addresses in my address book.  Any suggestions?

Comcast doesn't scan your address book.  Just keep marking them as not spam when they get into the Spam folder.  It helps train the filters.  You can also call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain----------------------
