email deletion preferences

Hi,

I am stuck...

Please help....

At home, on my mac I use outlook to access my email.

I on my iphone, I can see my emails.

At work, on my pc I go through comcast.com to access my email.

I have to delete messages in all 3 areas! so it's 3 times the work all the time!

I would like to know the capability of, for example, deleting from outlook then it will automatically delete that message from my iphone and from comcast.com

does that make sense?

Re: email deletion preferences

On any computer or other device you have the account enabled on, you need to configure each one to use IMAP so that everything syncs.  If any of them are configured to use POP3 you will encounter this issue.  Here are the settings---------------------
