email date and time

email date and time

how do i get my email to come in order of date and time.

it wa on the top  but now gone

emails apper random with no date or time

Are you saying you do not see DATE on the toolbar in your Inbox?

Are you using tgecFull or Light version of XC?

To check:

open tge Zinbox and click on the Zpreferences tab

Now click on the General con.

A window opens showing which version you are using.


Also post which browser/versiin you are using,  Clear your browser cache.


Have you tried a different browser?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
