I've had a problem with my email since August 8 !

 

I was on the phone with support and my problem was escalated to tier 1 (priority number CR492003857). I got an email that the problem has been fixed but it is not!

 

This seems yo have started when I clicked yes to upgrade my service to X1 via a home install.

 

The problem is that I can not send email out through my primary email (p.....@comcast.net, or my secondary email, Mh.........@comcast.net, my other 2 secondary emails work fine. I've tried different browsers.

 

Help!

Please try now.  Let  us know if it's working better for you.  It appears that some of your recipients marked your messages as spam.
