Somewhere along the line, my settings only keep "Sent Mail" for 30 days (not my choice).  How can I retrieve older Sent Mail?

Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect--------you can't recover messages that were deleted by the deletion schedules.  To check and edit the schedules, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>Email Deletion Schedules.  You can call Comcast security to ask if they can find the missing messages, but no guarantees------------------
