I need to remove and add an email account but I can't find the email admin page

Follow the directions here http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/internet/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses/

 

Please note that you must sign in to My Account as the PRIMARY Comcast user account (email address name).

 

IF you did already follow those directions and did not see all user accounts listed then you are signing in as a SECONDARY user account.  Only the primary account holder can add and delete user accounts.
