email/address book

When I sign on it recognizes my name, but when I click on email, it thinks I am a Guest and my address book is missing.

Re: email/address book

Assuming you are still on the old email format, the guest thing is a known issue.  I doubt that it will be fixed by the time everyone is migrated to the new format.  It doesn't hurt your account.  It's just annoying.  As for the address book, try signing into it directly from the Plaxo website and see if you can get into it that way.  Use your Comcast user ID and password------------------------
