I am relocating and they do not have comcast where I am moving to, I currently use my comcast email for everything business/personal. Will this email account be cancelled when I move????

As with most ISPs, Comcast email is proprietary.  When you cancel service, you will lose access to the email.  You need to set up a non-ISP email account with something like Yahoo, Outlook.com or Gmail.  Then import your existing Comcast email and address book.  But you have to do it before you cancel service.
