email account is locked

email account is locked

I recently go a new computer and when the files migrated my comcast email was lost.  I have tried to add it to my computer but I get the message that my email and password cannot be found.  I cannot find a phone number anywhere for a help desk.  I am guessing my account was locked for some reason during this process. Help me please get it unlocked.

First-  Go to the Comcast  homepage, scroll down until you see QUICK LINKS on the middle under Support.

Click on FIND YOUR USERNAME.  After entering required information, a window will opening shoeing you your PRIMARY  USERNAME as well as all Secondary usernames.

 

Do these all agree with what yiu think they should be?

 

Post back and let us know what you found there.  We will go from there.  Also in your reply answer these:

which browser/ version are you using using.  Have you cleared your browser cache?

Which opeatingbsystem?

Do yiu use only Xfinity Connect, or do yiu also use another email program, smartphone, or tablet?

 

Have you tried a different browser, just to test?
