every time I try to get my emails, it say "sorry to see you go'' I'm not going anywhere and still have and pay for Xfinity. What's going on?
This is the second time in the last day or so that someone is seeing strange notices like this. I'm going to escalate your message to the forum administrator.
Hi marti4176, when pulling up your account with the email you signed up to the forums with I am noticing it pulls up a disconnected account. I am thinking that this is likely the reason you are getting this message when you sign in. I will send you a private message to further assist.
