email access

I'm tired of having to go thru Xfinity Home to get to my email, which doesn't always work.  It never used to be this way.  I had an Xfinity shortcut on my desktop which opened my email directly and , more importantly, quickly.  Now I have to fight and fight and drill and drill to get to my email.  How can I correct this?

Re: email access

There is no really good way to bypass the Home page.  I use a couple of different approaches:

I have a Folder on my Bookmarks bar in the browser named"Email Accounts"  I have the urls in there for all my email accounts if I want to go to the respective webmail page.  But that doesn't do what you want.

I also use an email client----Windows Mail on the laptop, and Mac Mail on the desktop.  That way, you completely avoid the Comcast UI, and there are no ads.  You should  consider using a client, it solves a lot of problems, especially with Comcast accounts.
