Why do certain e-mails go directly into the "unwanted" folder? How can I stop that and have them go into the inbox? They are coming from legitimate senders. Thank you
If you mean they are going to the Spam folder, just keep marking them as not Spam to help train the filters. It may take some time for it to work.
Thanks for the reply. But no - there is a folder called "Unwanted", which was not set up by me, where perfectly legitimate senders e-mails go, bypassing the inbox. Spam is a different folder which is functioning properly
