I can not type replys or new e mails on either one o my lap tops. It will not accept the letters I type in.

My E mail hasnt worked right for over a month.  Last night it worked fine and then today nothing. Get message long running script all the time. i have xfinity e mail and compatibility is turned on.  Everyone I ask about it has problems also and have been having them for months.  It takes forever for the e mail to load and then twice as long for it to open. If you try to type an e mail the keys will work but nothing will type.  I also cleaned out the explorer cache. I tried changing to chrome but it won't work on the  e mail either. Keep raisig the prices and give terrible service.

What are you using for email?  Xfinity Connect, a different email program, which one?

Which browser/ version are you using?

Have you cleared your browser cache?

 

If using Internet Explorer: Do yiu have Compatibility view on under Tools?  If not, cluck to enable it.

 

Also, have you checked your mouse serrings in the Control panel?  Are you using the touchpad or a USB mouse?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
