e-mail

delete and spam on bar in e-mail is x'd out. I keep deleting and spaming and the next time I turn computer on it all comes back. I really need help.

Are you using only the Comcast webmail through a browser, or an email client like Outlook or Windows Live Mail?  Are you using a smartphone or a tablet or what?
