Assuming you are using Xfinity Connect....

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Assuming you are using Xfinity Connect....

See the green arrow to the right of the DELETE icon on the toolbar?  Click on that green arrow to Forward.                                                                                                    Arrow down.gif

Forward should also appear as an option when you right click a message.

Whether the word "Forward" appears along with the arrow seems to be extremely sensitive to the width of the window.

In Chrome on Windows 10, I cannot see Forward until the message I wish to forward is opened...

This must be a browser thing then.  Because when I have no message open I can see it, but it's greyed out along with most of the other buttons-------------------
