e-mail problems

We cannot open some of the e-mails we receive except by right clicking and choosing "edit as new" and having done that when I try to click on the link supplied in the e-mail, I get nowhere.  How can I solve this problem.   Also, is there a live person somewhere in the comcast company that can talk to  me in person.  I'd like to have that phone number.

Assuming you are using only the Comcast webmail, exactly what happens when you try to open the problematic emails?
