e-mail emotioncons

When I reply to an e-mail and try to put in an emoticon, it takes me back to my inbox. Anyone else have this problem or solutions? Thank you.

Re: e-mail emotioncons

Are you able to send the email?  I just tried it and it works OK for me with an emoticon in the body of the message.  I hit send, the message goes out, and I wind up back in the Inbox.  That is what is supposed to happen.

Or are you talking about something else?

Re: e-mail emotioncons

No, the e-mail itself won't go either, nor the emotioncons won't come to the body of the e-mail. When I try to put the emotioncon in the body is when I get kicked back out to my in-box. Thank you for the prompt reply. I can live with this, I just wanted to ask if I could find a way. This has worked in the past, but now it does not.
