When ever i send or forward an e-mai land I use TO: and often CC:, but when ever I use both TO & CC they do not send . What am I doing wrong?
Exactly what happens when you try to send? Ae you getting any error message?
Thank ypu for your quick reply Latoque
I do not remember getting any error messages, but when I click on SENT not SEND to check if it wae sent it is not listed but if I sent with a TO: with out CC; it works:
OK to clarify------you are saying that messages don't appear in the Sent folder if you happen to use Cc or Bcc------is that right? But that they do if you use only the To: field? One thing to check-------from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>Composing. Is the box checked to automatically save copies to the Sent folder?
Thank you again. what you told me worked so I've written it down just in case
Many thanks
