drop and drag doc to email

drop and drag doc to email

use comcast email and before all i had to do was add attachment notw it say drag and drop. I scanned a recipt that needs to be emailed and it is located in my document so i went to my documents and it picked up PDF and when I tried to get it to the email nothing happens I end up losing my email and nothing there... Can you please help.... I really liked it better the other way....Thanks

I just tried it with a jpeg image and a docx file and it worked just fine.  Try putting the pdf file on your desktop and drag it from there.
