When deleting messages is there a way to delete the messages on all devices, Laptop, Ipad and phone?

Make sure you are using an IMAP connection instead of POP on all of the clients, this will keep all your mail in sync

 

Configure your Comcast Email - https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email/

Switch from POP to IMAP - https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/pop-imap-microsoft-outlook/
