deleted emails

Ever since Comcast has changed our email program,  I have tried to Recover Deleted Items. When I open window with the deleted items I check which email I want to recover, I then scroll down to the bottom and I see that I haven't got the boxes Cancel or Move Select Item(s) to click on.  Then the frosting on the cake is that I can't cancel the window with all the deleted items on it and I have to close my whole email program and reopen my email window.  Help!

Re: deleted emails

In the recovery window, can you actually see the bottom of the window where the buttons should be?  Can you scroll it up?  Are you on a desktop computer using a browser and the webmail UI?

Thank you for replying so quickly.  I can scroll to bottom by holding scroll button and can see that there are no buttons there.  And when I let go of the button, bottom of window disappears.  I am using an HP Pavillion 10 (laptop).  I'm not sure what you mean by this: ...browser and the webmail UI?

Re: deleted emails

The UI is the user interface when you sign into the account using a browser like Firefox, Edge, Chrome etc.  Can you post a screen shot without posting any personal information?
