deleted e mail account

I deleted an e mail acount from my users list yesterday.  I would like to add it to my users again.  How can I do that?  I went to users and tried but it rejects the information

When you change or delete a user ID, it is suspended for 90 days, after which it will go back into the pool of available IDs for any other Comcast customer that want's to claim it.  The account is still running in the background----you just can't see it or get at it.  You can call Comcast security and ask if they can reinstate it for you----------
