How do I retrive a e-mail deleated in error?

Open the Inbox,then  RIGHT CLICK on the Trash folder.  Next, click on Recover deleted messages.  A new window opens showing recently deleted email.  Highlight the the email you want back.  Next click on the green arrow on the top left of the page.  This will open a new window where yiu can move that message back to the Inbox..

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Just to add------it takes 24-48 hours for the message you deleted to show up in that recovery feature.  So if it's not there yet don't panic.
