Comcast routinely sends emails from Dillard's to my spam folder even though I have put Dillard's email address in my address folder. Why is this? It's been going on for a long, long time and yet phishing emails get through (periodically, I don't get a lot of these). Comcast has never, ever caught a phishing email.

Some email providers scan your address book when deciding whether an incoming message is spam or not, but Comcast doesn't. Adding a sender's address has no effect on whether messages are placed in the Spam folder.
Comcast Security Assurance might be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
