contact lists don't match

contact lists don't match

the address books lists ~30 email addresses in a given contact list.  When I try to use the same contact list in an email it only has one email address. And this single email address is not in the the address books contact list.

Always create your contacts using the LITE version of Xfinity Connect.  Go to the Inbox, click on Preferences, then click on GENERAL.  A new window will open giving you the choice.  Click on Lite.

Do all your contacts show when you close out of email and then go back in again?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
