Re: comcast outlook deleted all my saved folders

You need to explain better what is going on.  Are you saying you have your Comcast email account enabled in MS Outlook or what?  Or are you just using the webmail interface with your browser?

Re: comcast outlook deleted all my saved folders

I had a problem where Comcast automatically removed my email address--and after hours on phone with representatives--found out that they put another person's name on the account.  After restoring my name to it--and logging in to my emails, I found that all my inbox was showing dwindling numbers--and then all my subfolders suddenly disappeared.  I log in to Comcast Outlook.  I have Foxfire.  Have had to explain--over and over--to Comcast representatives what has happened to no avail.

Thank you for anyone who can help me.  I truly appreciate it.

Re: comcast outlook deleted all my saved folders

OK Outlook is not a Comcast product.  It is a free standing desktop email client on your computer.  It is part of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.  If you have the Comcast account set up in Outlook, those settings will override any you have in the Comcast account itself.  Try disabling the account in Outlook, then see if it makes any difference when you just sign into the account with your browser.
