comcast new format

For the past two months I have been struggling with "the new and improved" format. I can no longer delete emails as easily; I keep being interrupted by a banner informing me of incoming emails; I cannot scroll through the list of messages without the screen freezing up.....all in all your improvements are very frustrating and annoying. Luckily I still have my account with MSN and will switch to that email if I cannot experience improvement on comcast.

Re: comcast new format

How are you accessing the email--------using only the webmail and a browser on a computer, or on a smartphone or tablet or what?  I have not seen any banner when deleting emails in the new format.

Re: comcast new format

I only access my comcast email on my Dell inspiron laptop using Firefox browser. The annoying email notifications seem to appear in groups of two or three then ends as a single line notification. I don't see the purpose of telling me I have new email when I am reading or checking a message.
