I need help in restoring deleted files in email

Open Xfinity Connect.  RIGHT CLICK on tge Trash Folder, then click on RECIVER DELERECMESSAGES.  A window will open showing messages available to recover.

Ckick on the messages yiu want to recover,  thrn:

Click on the small arrow on the left too of the page.

 New window opens where you can move tge highlighted messages backpack to your Zinbox,

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thanks, but I've tried the "Retrieve Deleted Files" to no avail.  Is it possible that another solution for missing or deleted folders?
