Email is set up with 587 outgoing and 993 incoming. I am receiving test email and finally have some of my other emails coming thru but they all disappear within ~2 mins
Do you have the account enabled on another device like a smartphone or tablet that might be downloading and deleting the messages from the server?
yes, my old computer is right next to new one and I am receiving comast emails on it.
OK if you are using an email client on the old computer like Outlook, or Thunderbird or something like that, it may be set up using POP3. If that is the case, it is downloading the emails to the computer and deleting them from the Comcast server. That would explain why the emails are not being "seen" by the other computer.
