cant sign onto email

I can sign onto xfinity, but cannot bring up my email account when using my home laptop and pc.  The "circle" just spins and spins without bringing up the page.  I can however email from my phone.  It has been this way since Monday.

Re: cant sign onto email

I also have had exactly the same problem since Monday.  I spoke to a Comcast "email specialist" on Tuesday and he told me there was a problem that was supposed to be fixed on Tuesday night.  As of now, 10:30 pm Thursday, I still can't access my Comcast email.  All I get is a spinning circle of dots in the middle of the page and the address changes from Xfinity Contact to "undefined".

If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Ootions.  Make sure that Compatibility View is on.

Note:  There have been recent issues with email coming through for some users.  Comcast gas been notified of that.

Re: cant sign onto email

I am having similar problems - can reach theXfinity homepage, but not get into e-mail through Google Chrome. However, I can get into email through Internet Explorer, which is not my first choice for browsers.  Is someone at comcast aware of these problems?  What is the solution.
