cant sign on to my email

Tried to sign in to look at my email, and got the following message:  We are sorry to see you leave XFINITY, but rest assured your email is yours to keep..  I even tried loggin in on a different browser and get the same message.  Help, please

You are the 3rd or 4th person I've seen come in here that got that same message.  It just started in the last few days.  I suspect it has something to do with the new email format, but I'm not sure.  I'm going to escalate this to the forum administrator to see if we can get a resolution.
