cant change preferred email

cant change preferred email

 I had a previous business account that was linked now unlinked to my account. It won't let me change the preffered email address to the main one I use saying it's already registered. That's really the only email I use. How can I get it back as the primary way of communication?

Hi midtowncat -- I can help with your user ID issue. Per our PM conversation, we were able to get your user ID access issue resolved. Can you confirm you're able to use it now?
