cant access my e mail

cant access my  email all I get is you need high speed internet. i have that  when i click sign in now it takes back to the same thing sign in to  xfinity high speed internet.. It is just a lup it keeps going round no matter ;how many tines i try

That error message indicates there is a coding problem in your account.  You have to get on the phone with Comcast.  They have to fix it from their end.  So start with the number on your bill.
