Why do I keep getting the prompt that says my user name or password is incorrect when I have not changed anything and it worked days ago?

Are you on a desktop computer or a tablet?  Are you using an email client like Thunderbird, Mac Mail or some other?  Are you using an iOS device like an iPhone, or Windows or what?
