Where are you trying to do this? In the web-based email? I'm moving your message to the email part of the help forum.

You can contact Comcast by phone at 1-800-XFINITY(1-800-934-6489).

Re: cannot print

Calling Comcast will not help you set up your printer.

Post exact details and someone here will help you.

Re: cannot print

You did not post enough info for anyone to even try to help you.

Post exact details, model numbers, computer type, connection type, OS ect.

It's like saying "I can't start my car"

That could be anything from," somebody stole your engine, to, I can't find my keys"
