Yesterday I couldn't delete emails from my inbox. Today I can't even get into my inbox. Come on Comcast. What's up?

Re: cannot access i email inbox get error message

I have been having the same problem for several weeks.  Some days everything works normally and then other days I get the 502 proxy error message.  The fact that it works some days and the fact that I also get the error message on another PC leads me to believe the problem is with Comcast.

For what Comcast charges I expect better service than this.  They should at least respond with a solution.

Hello LYNNFISCHER59 and arde1953,

If you get a 502 error message, the following steps can help:

- Hold down the "Ctrl" key and press "F5".

- Try to load XFINITY connect page in a different browser. In some cases, the issue can be caused by the browser itself.

- Reboot your router/modem and a computer.
