Re: can you get your old email address back?

When you delete a user ID, it is suspended for 90 days, and then it gets put back into the pool of available IDs for any other Comcast customer that mignt want it.  So if it's been longer than 90 days since you deleted it, sign into your primary account and try setting up a secondary account with that old ID to see if anyone else has taken it.  If not, you should be in business.  I did an experiment on this question not long ago, and I was able to recover the ID I had deleted 90 days previously.

Go for it.  They can't shoot you for trying.

You can have up to 6 secondary accounts in addition to your Primary. Here are the instructions-------
