can't send mail

i can't seem to send mail

this is what I get

 

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'Emailing: PAPASANTA.jpg'
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060

Comcast blocked the use of Port 25 a long while ago.

 

Use these settings for sending.

 

Outgoing server: SMTP.comcast.ner

Smtp port Is 465 WITH SSL. ON

 

THIS SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION must be checked.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
